Terms Questions We Hear Often

You must be of legal age where you live; for most Indonesia regions, that's 18 years old. We ask for your identity document during account setup and may request verification again before your first withdrawal. Upload a clear photo of your ID through the Account Settings page, and our team confirms it within 24 hours.

Deposit references depend on your account age and verification level. New accounts may start with a daily limit of Rp 5,000,000 via DANA, OVO, GoPay or QRIS. Fully verified accounts have higher limits. You can adjust your own daily deposit cap in Account Settings under 'Limits' anytime, lowering it with immediate effect or raising it after a 24-hour cooling period.

Payouts to DANA, OVO, GoPay and QRIS normally reach you within 5 to 15 minutes after approval. Bank transfers may take up to 24 hours. We place a security hold (usually 1–3 hours) on withdrawals over Rp 10,000,000 or if your account shows unusual activity. You'll be notified in-lobby if a hold is active; our support team can explain why.

Bonus terms are shown when you open a promotion—they cover the minimum bet size, eligible games (slots, live tables, or specific providers), and any playthrough requirement.
